Brian works as the Director of Player Development at Performance Sport Systems. He started at PSS right after he graduated college and joined his brother Ray. Brian played Football, Basketball and Lacrosse through out high school and played Division 1 Lacrosse at Syracuse University. He has also played Major and National League Lacrosse and has been a member of Team USA Indoor National Lacrosse Team.
Brian usually works out during the noon class. He finds Crossfit the best way to stay physically fit, both endurance and strength, for playing Lacrosse at the professional level. He also enjoys the family community which promotes a healthy friendly competition. Crossfit gives him a chance to release stress and continue to reach goals he has set for himself. Brian is not into gymnastics and his favorite kind of workouts are the ones with lots of weightlifting.
In February, Brian tore his ACL playing Lacrosse and had surgery in March. He is going through physical therapy and will be back to Crossfit by October. In the meantime he continues to coach budding Lacrosse stars and is also the Head Defensive Assistant Coach at Quince Orchard High School. He also Coaches at Bullis Middle School and Churchill High School
